Dynamic yoga is an invigorating practise, a combination of sitting, standing, ujjayi breathing and Sun Salutation. The dynamic workout will eventually tone the entire body, both inside and outside. You will develop strength, flexibility and experience deep relaxation and a peaceful mind.
No previous experience is necessary. Make the first step. Please come along and have the experience. Yoga mats are provided.
About the Teacher
I have always been interested in the natural, holistic approach to life. I have a passion for yoga and massage and have been practising both since 1996. I love yoga; it is such a creative art.
I learnt psychological yoga from an Indian yogi, Saeed Ansari, who has been practicing simple stretches and breath meditation since childhood. I am very interested in peace of mind and the elimination of repression and suppression. This allows us to express ourselves fully, enabling us to experience the joy of life. Our practice of postures, breathing and meditation are the basis on which we establish total control of our nervous system.
I am a registered member of the British Wheel of Yoga, the governing body for yoga in the UK. I offer group classes, private lessons and workshops to adults and children. My yoga classes are based upon dynamic yoga and are open and accessible to everyone.
