It’s that time of year again. The day that single’s dread and couples often accidently forget, it’s Valentine’s day this Sunday and if you’re looking for something a bit different we have some great classes for you.

Start with Do Yoga, a great Yoga class that will help ease you into the weekend and get you ready for whatever you have planned. It’s a class for all abilities and is guaranteed to stretch you both mentally and physically and invigorate you for the weekend ahead.

If you’re up for something a bit more sensual and sexy our weekly Flamenco dance class. It’s a fun and lively class which will help develop rhythm, coordination and a sense of focus – it’s excellent for escaping the stresses and hassles of the day. This is a class for people who have tried Flamenco before, so bring your partner and brush up your skills and build up an appetite for that special Valentine’s weekend.

Start Valentine’s day with a dynamic meditation class that is designed to release inner blocks and inhibitions and focus on your inner self, a great way to help you remember to treat yourself and not rely on other people to make you feel good. There is no need to book a space feel free to just drop in.

For the more adventurous we have a Sunday afternoon, anti-valentine’s sensual play-shop! Neil and Gina will gently guide you through 4 hours of mindful connection and sensuality, with an additional hour at the end for some more free-form play. This is the antithesis of a speed-dating workshop, it is time for you to get to know and express yourself and others in a playful and safe environment.
This workshop will be non-sexual in nature, however we invite you to push the boundaries of ‘platonic’ in whatever way feels good for you. This is what we mean by ‘sensual’. Read more about what to expect from the play shop here.

…And to finish off the weekend our wonderfully relaxing candle lit yoga class will help calm you down at the end of the day. Come along on your own, with friends or a partner to just unwind and get you ready for the week ahead.
