We have the solution! We are offering a FREE ‘Tone up, Strengthen and Relax Fitness Yoga class’ BUT PLACES ARE LIMITED.

In this contemporary fusion fitness yoga class you will learn:

* Simple, effective exercises that will help reduce stiffness and improve your core, back and general strength
* Fitness yoga postures that will help you to stretch out, strengthen and tone up
* Tips to take away to help keep you relaxed and reduce stress

Classes are open to all levels of experience and fitness. Complete beginners are very welcome. Some mats are available but please do bring your own if you have one.

About the teacher

Yoga in BristolI bring elements of all my experience of different yoga styles, mindfulness, health coaching and sports therapy to my teaching which enables me to adapt the classes to the needs of those I teach so you get a really effective stretch, strengthen and relax and a unique experience each time.
