This contemporary fusion yoga class will stretch, tone and energise the body and relax the mind with a focus on increasing flexibility, strength, injury prevention and relieving tension to help keep both body and mind in top condition.
Classes are open to all levels of experience. Complete beginners are very welcome. Some mats (and other equipment such as blocks and belts) are available for those who do not have any, but please do bring your own if you have them.

About the teacher
I first discovered yoga as a child through my mother’s home yoga sessions. I was fascinated by the postures and started to join in. This began a love of yoga that stayed with me into adulthood and has become such an integral part of who I am that I decided to qualify as a yoga teacher.
I have experience of different types of yoga, bringing elements of all to my teaching. Qualifying with Zenways has also brought mindfulness to the practice and all this enables me to adapt the classes to the needs of those I teach.
Yoga is a great way of exercising and bringing strength, vitality and flexibility to the body as well as a calm and focus to the mind, counteracting the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The benefits of yoga and mindfulness have been embraced in the East for centuries and now yoga practice is gaining even more recognition in the West as being important for materially improving both body and mind health.
As well as helping to keep you in good condition, yoga is fun and provides some important “me time”, so why not come along and join in!
