Yoga:
We have a number of yoga classes available for beginners or  yoga veterans.
Ranging from Ashtanga yoga to Tantra yoga practice, you’re bound to be able to find the class that suits you.
All of the styles are based on the same poses but each one has a particular emphasis it focuses on.

Meditation:
There are many different types of meditation classes at Wilder Studios. You can be bathed in sound with gong baths or why not come on a Sunday and enjoy social Shanti mediation and dance the week’s stresses away? Meditation is a great way to de-stress and revitalise .

Fitness
If you’re after something a bit more physically demanding there is a class that may suit you. Body Burn is designed to get maximum success from your fitness plan.

Whether it’s hip hop or ballroom dancing, and whatever your age, Wilder Studios has a class to get you moving .
