This is a class is aimed at all levels of ability, from those who are curious to find out more about what yoga has to offer, to those with more experience.  In this class you will explore a flow of yoga postures and use your breath to connect your mind and body to create a sense of peace and calm. A great class to get rid of the stresses of a Monday and feel rejuvenated.

Collegiate Shag

Was your New Years resolution to try something new? We have a great new dance class for you to try.  The ‘collegiate shag’ is an energetic partner dance that originated in the 1920s-1930s during the swing era. It is a very dynamic dance that focuses on challenging footwork with a lot of hops and kicks that separates it from other forms of swing dances. So put on your dancing shoes and get ready to enjoy the rhythms and learn something new this January.

Tantric Circle
A great way to start the day . The tantric circle happens every Thursday and provides a safe place where you can go deeper into listening to your body and learn how moving in the right ways can increase sensation and awareness. Emphasis is on the heart chakra with aspects of self enquiry but also learning tantric practices to experience the inter-web of love and connection that we are a part of.

Emotional and physical integrative movement
Combing Indian dance movements, yoga, meditation, laughter and emotional expression, these group workshops have been developed in a flexible, safe and warm environment where the group becomes your support. It’s a class that will help you focus on YOU. Your mind, spirit, energy and emotional self. It will encourage freedom of self expression and help you to heal yourself ready for spring.

We have many other classes available this winter at Wilder Street studio’s take a look on the website to find one right for you.
