The 1 hour class includes 15 minutes of briefing and will be fully guided meditation. This will include pranayama (breathing techniques), music, dance, silent sitting, gibberish, catharsis, mindfulness etc.
Attendees are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing and come a few minutes early if it is your first time. Cost is £3 pounds and It’s a drop-in class, newcomers are highly recommended.
About the Teacher
Chit has been practicing meditation for the past 16 years and has been to many Ashrams (Meditation Schools) in India, learning and practising many different techniques based on Eastern philosophies. Chit has also taught in India and Tanzania and now teaching in UK.
