The class is aimed at all levels of ability, from those who are curious to find out more about what yoga has to offer, to those with more experience. The class will explore a flow of yoga postures, using the breath to connect the mind and body and create a sense of peace and calm. Whether you practice yoga in the morning, lunch time or in the evening, yoga has many potential benefits for the body and mind. Come and enjoy a fun and relaxed class and find out how yoga can benefit you. Feel rejuvenated from within and enjoy a sense of inner calm and peace.
About the teacher
When I started the foundation course in yoga, I was working full time as a Mental Health Nurse and I simply had a desire to do something not work related! Although I had been practising yoga for many years, I had no idea how much there was to learn. This lead to an incredible three year journey of yoga training (which is really just the beginning!) and I have found many benefits to my physical and mental wellbeing as a result. I feel less stressed, more at ease and have discovered a deeper gratitude in my life. It has been truly life changing.
I am now both excited and passionate about sharing yoga and all its benefits with others.
