During this session you will be taught the 6 Key Principles of the Pilates method, focus on correct posture and alignment, work on increasing flexibility as well as some original Pilates exercises to ensuring you learn correct techniques.
Pilates has been proven to tone the body, strengthen the core muscles, increase flexibility and improve posture. All of these will help you stay pain and injury free and help you relax after a stressful day at work.
If you’ve been thinking of trying Pilates, or you’ve heard about it but you’re not sure what it involves, or you’re just not sure whether or not it’s for you, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a try…and even better, it’s FREE!!! Tell your friends and family, and make it a social occasion.
