About the Teacher
Emma Gliddon is a Yoga teacher with over ten years of experience teaching Yoga to people at all stages of life helping to share the gift of real health and true wellbeing. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and also the Register of Exercise Professionals.
Perhaps you have a strong Yoga practice already or maybe you are new to Yoga and looking to find out what this transforming practice distilled through centuries of civilisation can do to enhance your body, mind and spirit. Yoga is an ancient art which tones the muscles, slims the body and keeps joints flexible and strong, while simultaneously imparting a sense of peace and deep relaxation. This form of Yoga is accessible to all abilities, including seniors but will also give those with an established fitness programme a good stretch both mentally and physically.
