– Workshop focussing on technique and the principles of healthy alignment
The Ashtanga Yoga system combines the breath with a series of dynamic postures, developing physical strength, stamina and flexibility. A tool to cultivate balance in the body and mind, the practice helps to reduce stress and find stillness, strength and stability on and off the mat.
